Product Description
A fascinating look at consciousness, mediumship, psychics, spritualist circles, scientific theories, the paranormal and more.

As a developing medium, there are many questions we need answers to concerning our ability, but find that many of those questions have no answers no matter how hard we look.

In this book I describe different sides to becoming a medium and give some guidance as to what sort of circle may best suit an individual. I explain how different circle venues and the people who attend and run them can help or hinder progress in this field. I also explain the different techniques that various tutors use and discuss the experiences I've had with the mediums, tutors and lessons I've taken in the circles I've attended. I explain how connections are experienced, made and lost, and the ups and downs to connections made.

If you've read my first book, Fifty-one Percent, you will know that I like ...

Definitely. I'm not sure if it's a 1:1 correspondence, but it looks like it to me.

That's so cool. I had my first book in Select when the program first started and I reaped the early benefits when I did a free promo with it. Boy, did I reap!  :P But I only had the one book out and it lost momentum. After that, I waited until I had more books out before doing a big promo, so I stayed out of Select. However, after getting all my 1099s in, I realized the other channels just aren't doing anything for me. I figured borrows would bring in more revenue, so I put books 2 & 3 in yesterday and got 5 borrows already. (I know that's chicken feed for some, but I'm tickled to death.) What's the range for the borrow rates these days? I haven't paid attention to that either in a long time.

Off the top of my head (being too lazy to go look) I think the low was about $1.80 and the high around $2.30 over the last four or five months.

The best, of course, is when you get a borrow on a .99 title... essentially making a 200% commission on the transaction.

Thanks, Shawn! Very helpful. And it's still better than what I'd been making in the other distribution channels. I know many people have good success--sometimes even better--on Nook/Kobo/etc,--but after three years, I'm still not.

You're welcome, Donna.

I've had most of my titles perpetually in Select from the beginning. I'll never know how I might have done on these other platforms, of course, but I've had almost 2,000 borrows in that time period and that takes some of the sting out of it.
