It's a mystery- Something is wrong. As Lance Underphal pads softly across the cold flagstone, he hears her weeping. She is on her knees, hunched over in the middle of the room, her back to him, facing the dark fireplace. Something is very wrong. Lance wants to rush to her, but can't. In a hoarse whisper, he says, "Callie?" She lets out a mournful wail from deep within as she turns, their infant son in her arms, blue and still. He reels from the blow. How can this be? They don't have a son.

Can't get anywhere with Nook. It doesn't help that although I used the same category options for each book in a series the first (and free one) is in a general category that means it's going to be hard to find.

Google Play is going great though and getting better and better. The ratio of people that go on to read the paid books after getting the permafree blows Amazon totally out of the water.

Same here. I thought it was because I moved from Smashwords to Nookpress. This actually makes me glad, because I know I didn't do anything wrong.

I am starting to see sales again now. I was selling ~10 a day and dropped down to 0. It was rough. I sold 1 yesterday. Fingers crossed we all come back!

I see about 3-5 sales a day there, so neither this nor that.  It's Apple that's gone completely flat for me. I can't even give my permafrees away at iBooks. What's with that?
Google is super-duper, though.

That happened to me for a few months. Turns out my permafrees magically reverted to their initial pricing, and just didn't move anymore. I figured it out after a few months, which sucked. Check your pricing? Once I fixed mine, things started moving again.
