Is there any way to publicise erotic romance through KB?
« on: March 08, 2016, 04:25:24 AM »
Hi,

I've only just joined KB.  So far, I've posted my book in the bazaar and introduced myself.  I've been having a look through at the services and opportunities on offer, but I keep coming to a crashing halt when it says 'no erotica.'

My book, You Don't Know Me, is erotic romance, along the lines of EL James, Sylvia Day and Jodi Elllen Malpas.  I'm about to publish the sequel, True Colours.  It's going to be a trilogy.  The first book is currently available on Kindle Unlimited.

Is there any way to publicise the books here?  Publicity-wise, I'm doing plenty of other things, but I'd really like to find some way of reaching Kindle-owning lovers of erotic romance!

I'd be utterly and eternally grateful for any advice!

I'm not an expert, but as far as I know erotica and erotic romance are two different, though related, genres.  Erotic romance is OK to promote here in your signature and in the Book Bazaar; erotica may not be directly linked to.  Are your books erotica or erotic romance?

As far as paid promotion, I'll have to check with the site owners--one of us will get back to you!

Thanks for your reply.  I really appreciate it.

My books are erotic romance, along the lines of Sylvia Day and Jodi Ellen Malpas.  They're not erotica.

Thanks for your help!
