Kindle First for June

June titles are up . . . I think I'm leaning toward Man of Legends but as I've done the last couple of months, I think I'll wait for a few more reviews.

Only four of those books match the Kindle First list for the UK this month. Happily, The Man of Legends is one of them as that's my first choice too. I think I might add Stillhouse Lake to my KU wishlist for later.

I've taken a peek using the 'look inside' feature (mainly to eliminate present tense candidates) but I think I'll still wait for the reviews before making a final choice.

Man of Legends is probably what I'll end up getting too, but I'm also going to wait a bit.

Right now nothing looks too enticing but I'll check back again towards the end of the month

I chose to get The Man of Legends.
I was tempted by The Man Who Could Be King.  But I have other books on that subject.
Always nice to be able to make a choice for free (?) Ok we pay for Prime.

I finally picked: went with The Man of Legends.

Me too. No idea when I'll read it.

There was a time when I never bought a book until I was ready to read it. Now, what with free books like these, daily deals and books off my wish list turning up in special offers etc, all with time constraints that mean you have to get it now or lose out, I've got over 50 books on my Kindle I haven't read, plus a wish list just as long, library books which always seem to become available at just the wrong moment and I'm still in KU as there are a few series I'm reading I want to keep up with....  :-\

What should be a relaxing experience is becoming a stress filled headlong dash to get things read - and funnily enough, I think as a result I'm actually reading less than I used to.  I keep telling myself that no matter how long I live I won't get to read all the books I'd like to, so I might as well take a step back and learn to let things go!  :o

Decided in the end that nothing much interested me this month
