I'm branching out into writing a story about a virus wiping out most of the human race from the perspective of one girl. My other books have been romance/erotica so I don't have many resources at hand relating to this new genre.

Any of them would work. ENT, BookBub, I can't remember them all. There's one that's good for SF stuff, Book Gorilla? I'm not sure about that one's name, though. Try doing a search on the web for promo sites, and put kboards at the end of the search phrase. That should bring up lots of threads.
