book cover artists
« on: December 15, 2017, 05:40:06 PM »
This is a post for people looking for something beyond the standard for their book covers.
http://www.cgsociety.org/
CG society is a place where some of the most talented people in the world post their work. You don't have to join. Just go in and check out the gallery, find something you like, click on it, then click on the artist name in the upper right to see more of their work. Some of these people make you cry they are so talented. If you see something you like, contact them and ask if you can use what you see. If they turn you down, go back to the gallery and search more. Or maybe they will do custom work. Many are freelance.
Just a suggestion for those who want to go that extra mile.

There's a good number of book cover illustrators who actively participate (or lurks) in this forums too.
I, for one, am constantly looking out for opportunities to have my artists work on book cover illustrations.
