Set 2!  Most visible and nicely branded.

Set 2 & 3 would get my vote. I like the darker version of set 2 as compared to three, but the yellow text is a little off putting to me. Maybe use the text from 3.

I like set 2 best.  I think it looks great, and I think the yellow/gold titles are more visible than in set 3.

I don't like the title-placement inconsistency in set 1.

Another vote for either 2 or 3. I think they are both wonderful.

A while back I was looking for fonts to use for my cover, and I picked either that one, or something very like it. It's really great, easy to read while still suggesting the fantasy genre, and it also just seems right for book covers, too. Then, I started seeing it, or fonts very similar to it, on lots and lots of fantasy covers. At first I thought this could be a problem, but now I'm kind of leaning towards thinking that readers won't notice or care, and the important thing is that it works, which it most definitely does. Some day maybe instead my mind subconsciously reading that font as "fantasy book cover title," it will read it as "same old, same old," but I think that day is probably a long way off.

I'm torn between 2 and 3. Great covers either way :)

Either 2 or 3 would be good, but I'm not keen on that dominant banner at the top. I'd shift everything upwards and place it at the bottom.
