Nice review. I agree with most of your comments and criticisms. Just a couple of things though.
1) If you get Calibre, it will let you download lots of blogs to your Kindle for free, and in lots of different languages (I don't recall if Sanscrit is one of them).
2) One of my dislikes is the use of a progress bar instead of page numbers. I understand why they do it. The pagination will change depending upon the font you use. But pdf files on the Kindle don't offer the ability to change font (at least not yet), so the page numbers will always stay the same. Even with native format files, if the table of contents shows that a chapter begins on page 125, it would be nice to be able to navigate to where the original page 125 would be.
Waiting for the next DX to come out with Wifi and folders... seriously wanting something like this for managing my hundreds of custom electronics build manuals, the workshop is a disaster, takes you 5 minutes just to find the right one
