The one that came with three licenses? If so, do you have an extra license you don't need? I'd like to buy it if so...

If Jason is buying a serial for it, how is it illegal?

Because the EULA clearly states that the license permits the use of the OS on three computers in the same Household, which is specifically identified as being a single residential address :

    Quote
    b. Family Pack. If you are a Qualified Family Pack User, you may install one copy of the software marked as Family Pack on three computers in your household for use by people who reside there. Those computers are the licensed computers and are subject to these license terms. If you do not know whether you are a Qualified Family Pack User, visit go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkid=141399 or contact the Microsoft affiliate serving your country.

Based on what geko posted, please disregard my request. I was not looking to pirate, just buy an unused copy that someone had laying around. L Brandt - I think you can download Windows 7 legitimately from Microsoft, you just have to purchase a key to use it after the trial period.
