Military Authors--recruiting materials?
« on: May 09, 2015, 07:04:25 am »
It dawned on me recently that rather than get pencils for my book series made, why not ask for recruiting pencils? The four branches are alwys giving out stuff lke that, I write a joint-service series, and despite strong recruiter presence at other public events, I can't ever recall seeing recruiters at a scifi-type convention..

Will be interesting to see what answer I get--I emailed the Army and USAF recruiting commands.

Any other military writer ever tried this?

Why pencils? How about stickers and decals?
    Take care,

That would work too, but I was thinking more that pencils and pens take up less space--you can put them in a cup, etc.
