K2 Customer Service

I received my K2 as a gift (birthday) back in December 2009.  I spent a week trying to figure out whom it was for and from.  Since then I have downloaded about 90 books to the unit and have traveled about doing the stuff of life with the Kindle as a sidekick.  Not knowing I should have been more sensitive to the unit See avatar.

About a week ago my unit would not pick up whispernet, nor would it allow me to shop in the store.  I contacted CS after posting the problem here.  I must say without reservation or hesitation that the Rep and the policy supporting the device are/were top notch and without question some of the very best I have encountered.

The rep was extremely knowledgeable on the unit.  The rep was professional and handled the issue with aplomb and a sense of comfortable assurance.  While I might not want to deal with them again, I'd do it again in an instant.

Congrats to Amazon and the folks behind the product!

    This is one of those "hope I don't ever need it but I'm glad it exists" things.  :)
