Punctuation marks?

Im  not quite sure where to post this question.

On my screen, the punctuation in my posts appear as a weird question mark symbol.
ลงทุนแทงบอลสเต็ป
Are you seeing that or is it only on my end?

    The solution -- or really work-around -- is to use "straight" quotes, not "directional" (left/right) quotes. It seems less likely to be a problem if just typing directly into the submit form on a computer keyboard, versus using a tablet or other device whose "smart" keyboard decides to use directional quotes; or copying/pasting from a word processing program that does the same thing.
