Generally speaking, you probably want to do the research and then reach out to reputable cover designers yourself.

There are plenty of excellent cover creators around - Google 'pre-made book covers' and you'll find dozens of sites. Some of them are excellent, some relatively inexpensive, some cost over a thousand dollars (but are worth it when you consider the artwork). You can usually find some good pre-made eBook covers for around $50, and extra if you want the print cover as well.

Look at the Yellow Pages here, lots of people offering their services.

It's generally a good idea to do your own research. You'll get less spam and worthless responses, especially since you left your email here, on an open forum where anyone on the web can see it.
