It will be in perfect condition from everybody who never read it.

The appraisers will be bewildered.

"An early example of the self-published novel from around the beginning of the 21st century, this is a fine example of how people used to read. Quite amazing how they glued small sheets of paper together and formed them into these little slabs. But of course that was well before thought transfer came into use. This one is extremely rare as almost all of them were destroyed when it was shown that Coronavirus 2119 could survive on those little sheets - pages they were called. Anyway, this one is in excellent condition and if you were to take it to auction today, I would value it at somewhere between 4 and 5 trillion pounds."

"Oh, I wouldn't dream of selling it. It is a family heirloom, written by my great, great, great, great, great, great, great .... grandmother." :)
