Trial periods? How much time do you need?
« on: November 18, 2020, 09:12:03 am »

14 days. 30 days. Even 90 days. I've seen all of them used by various companies and I'm wondering why they vary so much?

How much time do you need to make a decision on a service or an app?

How long is a piece of string? The only people who know how long are the ones working at the company. I imagine there's a lot of delays lately due to this virus situation. It's caused all sorts of problems for just about any company you can name.

I meant as a customer. Sorry, should have been more clear.

Rephrase: How long do YOU need to try a new app or online service before you decide its for you and become a subscriber/purchaser?

I realize the products and services will vary, but with most of them I can tell within a day or two if I'm going to keep them or not. I rarely need two weeks and never thirty days or longer to make that decision.

Was wondering what other peoples time limits were?
