Amazon Ads Payment Failure?

Long shot, but has anyone else encountered Amazon stopping all your ads because of a payment failure for no apparent reason? They've done this for me, but there's nothing wrong with the card I have set - Twitter literally sent me a receipt for my ad with them using the same card right before Amazon's support helpfully told me to wait 24-72 hours to see if it fails again. Not sure it's something that can or will be solved here, but just curious if it's happened to anyone else.

Having my ads suspended 6 days after my book's release isn't great.

    I've had this happen before, but I don't have a lot of help for you.  Just ran it again, exactly like it was, and it worked.  Hope it clears up for you, but yeah, that's rough timing.

    Bizarre. I re-added the card to see if it helps. Strange that they don't give you the option to immediately try payment again, too.

    Ok, well, 3 hours-ish later and it appears to have already been pushed through again and is working.
