I haven't read any Christian biographies yet, but when I have time, I want to read a biography of Billy Graham. I think there are a few biographies of him available for the Kindle.

    Old?  New?

I like the new Bonhoeffer biography by Eric Metaxas.  Here was my review on my blog http://www.mrshields.com/bonhoeffer-pastor-martyr-prophet-spy-by-eric-metaxas/

I also like Alan Jacob's bio of CS Lewis "The Narian"  and Lyle Dorset's bio of Dwight Moody "A Passion for Souls".

If you are looking for public domain biographies try G K chesterton's bios of St Francis and St Thomas Aquinas.  Both are available for free.  But you can get them on Amazon for a dollar.

I found this to be a riviting book about a women who credits her faith with allowing her to survive the Holocaust in Rwanda.
Six kids, five grandchildren, and I am still in elementary school.
