Title: New to lending, question?
Post by: Mary Johnson on August 07, 2011, 08:59:51 am
I haven't used this feature yet.  IF a book says, Lending enable, does this mean it is a lendable?  My daughter has the book, Small Fortune by Audrey Braun that I would like to borrow.  But, for some reason we can't figure out how, LOL.  We do not see a lend me button..

Does anyone know if this book can be borrowed?  She says, its very good BTW :)

Thanks,
Mary J

If it says "lending enabled" then yes it's lendable.

You have to go to Amazon on your computer to lend a book.  There's 2 ways to lend...

1.  From Amazon "manage your kindle" > your kindle library > find the book > hover over "actions" on the right side of the screen> click on "Loan this title"

2.  Sign into your Amazon.com account >  type in the name of the book in the search > at the top of the product page, just under the date the book was purchased is the "loan this book" link.
