Woke up this morning to find that the bundles listing for one of our series has disappeared. All books available but the bundle option not there. Our other series still has the bundle appearing on all its titles' pages. Have written to Amazon to reinstate -- is anyone else finding this with series bundles?

A short while ago two of the novels I bought arrived safely on my Voyage, without their covers. Every other novel I've bought has been delivered intact, but these two titles--part of a series published by Vintage--have no covers. I've tried to reload the books but to no avail. Is there any way to get these covers onto my Kindle versions? These two look out of place amongst the other titles in the series  :( .
