Yikes!!! I'm sorry you are having such a rough time.

I don't know anything about CoQ10 so I can't help you there. And I never had to get through migraines while taking care of small children either, so I don't know that this will help any at all, but I'll tell you what I learned to do.
What I found with my migraines is that I could not tolerate the prescription migraine preventative medication so I had to find an alternate way to cope with them when they hit. I did a lot of research and taught myself biofeedback and a meditation technique called visualization that at least allow me to sleep. The trick is to be able to concentrate hard enough that the migraine pain recedes into the background. If you want more detail, let me know. I also take Excedrin Migraine with strong coffee if I can at the first sign and try to relax and that helps me now.
Anyway, since I went through menopause and stopped taking my allergy medications, I find I only have about one migraine every couple of months. At one time in my life, I was having them 3-4 times a week and would have to go to the hospital for a pain shot when they got really bad.
A friend of mine gets bad headaches from her neck being "out" and goes to the chiropractor to get adjusted and that helps her.
