How can I get one of my titles below 0.99 to 0.77? I see this a lot, and was once told it happened when you could show Amazon the book was priced cheaper elsewhere. But now I see it on an KU exclusive Amazon title so it can't be cheaper elsewhere! Any help here from the more experienced would be greatly appreciated! :)

You can’t price it lower than $0.99, according to the TOS. The books you see priced lower are priced that way by Amazon. Either as part of a sale, or, I believe, something to do with the exchange rate.

If you publish your book wide (i.e. to other online stores as well as Amazon) you can set your price to whatever you wish on - say - Google Play, and then contact KDP and ask them to price match your book, which they will generally do. As Shayne said, if you are in KU and therefor exclusive to Amazon, you can't price your book lower.
