Congrats!
Congratulations, sir! May you have many many more!SeanDGolden said:Yeah, I'm sorta celebratory and I'm hoping that posting a milestone like this is OK on these boards. Not really anything to ask, just wanted to share. Sold the 1,000th copy of Warrior earlier today (counting both sales and KU/KOLL, at about 50/50). Feeling pretty positive and hoping the trend continues.
If you have friends who like epic fantasy, you might tell them to check it out. 21 of 26 reviews on Amazon are 5 stars.

I wish I could, actually. I think I got very lucky with my first attempt at self-publishing. Frankly I have been told that pretty much everything I've done is wrong, so I certainly don't want to advise people to do what I did. I've done virtually no marketing. I invested, I think, about $50 overall in google, facebook and goodreads ads, but none of them did anything and I shut them down real quick. My daughter has done a good job of putting photos and links on social media sites like Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr. I haven't done anything on them but she's been real helpful.Online Books said:Congratulations Sean. Kindly share few tips on how to promote ebooks effectively.
