I hired Tara to do my cover for my book "How to Start a Limo Business" -- she had it complete on the same day I paid her and it was AMAZING!  Thank you Tara!

Also, I hired Aaron Polson to convert my Word doc to both Kindle Format at Smashwords -- he to was awesome!  He had it done the next day and his rates are the best I have found.  (I'll have to find the link to his rates)

Basically you can hire Tara and Aaron and get your cover completed and your formatting done for $35 total!
