Absolutely.

The Rubies are a group of writers who finaled in the Golden Heart, which is a contest sponsored by Romance Writers of America, so our blog tends to focus a bit more on pursuing a career writing romance fiction (including mainstream with romantic elements), but many of our blogs are applicable to any genres.

And the writing festival is open to ALL.
