I put my draft on a Kindle or ipad and read it along with the document. I find typos easier when it's on a "reading" surface rather than on Scrivener. I also read aloud. Taking a break between reading it over--a few weeks or a month--often helps.

And I never find more typos than I do after I send it off to beta readers and other people to read.  ::)

Edit the HTML to put five para breaks between each sentence. That makes five blank lines. Look at the file on a 22 inch monitor. That isolates each sentence, puts many on a single line, and makes it much easier to edit.

Use find/replace. Find each instance of a period followed by a space. Replace with period/space/ppppp, where p is the HTML para break. (I'm on an iPad now and don't have all the punctuation.)

Play with it. It gives a completely different perspective. It's easy to edit a single sentence.

Then reverse the replace/edit to restore it to normal.
