Check out Digital Book Today - They have a free (at the moment) section on their site where they promote different categories (free, 99c-2.99 10+ reviews w/4 stars, and 99c with 4/stars or better). A friend of mine was featured last week and he shot from the mid teens up to the 400s for a few hours. No guarantees of course. One of my titles is up right now (@2.99)..

They're relatively new, it seems... they've got posts going back as far as March 19, so far as I could see.  I sent them my book... we'll see whether it gets featured or not!
