Why would you download an old version of Scrivener from a pirate site? Why not just contact support at Scrivener instead?

Are you sure you have the compile settings correct? And that you are either directing it to use the compiler for formatting or to use editor formatting--whichever you prefer?
When you say you had problems with it not justifying the text, did you set the justification under the compile section for text body or in the editor? If the latter, did you exempt that file from being reformatted with the compiler?I use the compile button for compiling.
