Both my daughter and I have Amazon accounts, she has a Kindle account too as well as a Kindle reader. My ? is on both my mac and iPad she has them on her Kindle account as well as on her Kindle and her iPad, can I open a Kindle account on my Amazon account on my mac and iPad? I know I could just pay her for any books I buy but would prefer to use my our Amazon account, just seems more simple. I guess what I'm asking can there be 2 Kindle accounts on one device. I don't have a Kindle.

You can swap back and forth between accounts on one device (by deregistering it and registering it) but you can not have one device registered to two accounts at the same time.
