ACX bounty accounting/payments?

I know ACX pays $50 when a new member makes your book their first purchase. But the new member has to stick with ACX for 2+ months for the bounty to be paid.

My question: If a bounty appears on your sales dashboard, does that mean you are definitely getting $50--that is, only first purchases by new members who have remained in the program for 2+ months will appear on your dashboard? Or does ACX list potential bounty purchases the day they occur, then take them away if the member leaves the program before 2+ months?

When my audiobook came out in early December, a bounty was listed on my dashboard four days later, so I figured that ACX posts them as they happen, then adjusts downward later if need be. But now--2+ months later--I see I suddenly have 10 bounties listed. And when I do a custom search of my ACX dashboard, I find that these bounties have been retroactively added to individual days in December. So now I'm thinking they are all qualified and that first early one was a mistake?

Anyone know the definitive answer?

Don't sue me if I'm wrong, but I've seen bounty payments go up, but when I look for it, I find it happened back in August. My columns maybe have said this: 32 10 2 0 (zero bounties) in my spreadsheet which I update to keep track daily, yet I'll go backwards on ACX and find it says 32 10 1 1 (1 bounty). The sale from the ALC column is moved into a bounty (if it occurred in August, it will all happen in August) So you won't suddenly get $50 this month, you'll get

$50- 1 unit royalty = $47ish (for a total of $50)
