Just looking at the royalties on their site and wanted to make sure I was understanding it correctly.

They pay a percentage based on the number of units sold? The more you sell, the more you make?

Anyone know or can talk about the standard fee for a narrator?

Yes. They have escalator clauses. Book contracts have had these for a long time. The more you sell, the more you make per sale.

It's up to the narrator. Some will work for $150 or less per finished hour (pfh). There is a trade union for VAs that requires $225 per finished hour, from what I understand. I could be wrong. But some of the top actors ask over $300 pfh.
