Please I'm in need of your help. I purchased a promotion package for my series which was supposed to be delivered today but the series was not promoted and I have been trying to contact K-boards using the email addresses on this site but my mails keep bouncing back and the only one that seems delivered has not  been replied till now. Please help me on how to reach them.

Hello,
I paid Kboards for a book series promotion since the 13th day of this month and have contacted them severally using four different email addresses, yet no response, no promotion, and my money is not refunded.
Is this a general issue? Any way out?
