This has happened three times in a row, and I'm worried it's about to happen again.

My book should be in the bestsellers and hot new releases for Action & Adventure, but they haven't been able to update the category for three days.

I tried contacting by phone, but they're saying their callback service is currently unavailable. I don't know if that's because my phone number is in Canada. Anyone know the answer to this?

Does anyone know a way that I can ensure that Author Central is getting the message, not KDP? I contacted through AC, and used the ISBN and not the ASIN. This time I've even explained that it keeps getting sent to the wrong place.

If this happens again I may literally cry.
