How do I get in touch with Amazon.co.uk.? They sent me a check and I'd like them to use direct deposit. Is that something that can be done through KDP or Createspace, like their US direct deposit options?

On the account page of you KDP account you can change your preferences to direct deposit by adding your bank details to each territory's drop down menu.

I think you need to contact KDP for that since they are the ones who py you, not Amazon.co.uk

For some reason, it wasn't KDP. The check is from Amazon.co.uk.

I can see how to contact them on their site as a customer, but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact them as an author.

I was thinking of mailing back the check and asking for it to be direct deposited, but that seems risky.

Has anyone contacted Amazon.co.uk as an author?

I contacted Amazon UK once as an author. I'm trying to remember what I did. I believe it was exactly like contacting Amazon.com. I signed into Amazon UK with the same account name and password that I use on Amazon.com. Then I went to the home Amazon screen, clicked Help at the bottom of the screen, and sent them an email. They answered within a day. Hope this helps.
