Like you, I find them pretty good. I hope your woes get sorted out soon.
Lucky you! I'm having the same issue as I've just added some additonal front and back matter to all my titles, as every single one of them is now showing the print book length rather than the kindle book length. Previously they have alway recalculated when I asked, now they are saying that this is against policy and that the kindle book length will take it's data from the print book length. This is a nightmare for me. My books are full colour, non-fiction with lots of photos, so I always print them in the largest format available to reduce page length to keep the cost down. This makes my kindle books look much shorter than they actually are. I've tried escalating this and hit a brick wall so I'm going to leave it a few days and then raise a new query - you often get different answers at different times!CJAnderson said:It's my lucky day

Have you sent them the PDF file yourself? I send mine to them and it is updated (or added) within a week: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/homepage.html?ML-Larson said:I have a couple books under a different pen name that do. not. have. a Look Inside. I emailed them about this in February, and they're still sitting there without the Look Inside.
They're how-to books, so I had to use their horrible PDF converter, and I am 100% certain that is why they lack the Look Inside, even though they tell me it isn't. I'm trying to find a way to format them better, because if a how-to doesn't have a preview, nobodyðs going to buy that thing.
