Yep...This is clearly from their Legal dept. With big lawsuits brewing by artists and real writers whose stuff was used to train the AI (generally without permission) KDP want to limit their liability to deep pockets lawsuits too.

If they make everyone declare which used AI then they would be able to easily discern which titles to place into 'Quality Notifications' jail until you either depublish or change the generated content. Seems we are living in interesting times.
