(short version - it sounds dodgy)

Dodgy would be one word. Criminal fraud might be another. He claims to have 2500 VERIFIED Amazon accounts? That isn't just a "create a bunch of fake emails". You need credit cards to verify accounts. Is he using stolen identities? A virus?
