Yes, same here. Happened 3-4 days ago, I've reported it twice. Using other browsers makes no difference BUT logging into the same page on a friend's AMS account DID work.

Other countries work fine.

What I did was copy the URL for creating a new report from another country's AMS reports page, and then switched the account ID for my US one (and updated the domain name)

That way I can at least create new reports on the US site.

Here's the link I'm using, but before using it you MUST append your own entityID from any other URL on your own US ams site:
