I was looking at this in the store and it doesn't have a pre-order edition for Kindle, but it has the "I want this on kindle" link. I've only just finished the first book, but I'm hooked and I'm sure I will be ready for this on by then. I read "Outlander" in less than three days.

Here's the link to the hardcover pre-order:

Well, I got to save for the last 3 Kindle books to get next month. Only purchased the 1st 3. Then, I'll get this latest book for my Kindle when it comes out. Then, I'll save once again for all the paperback books. I really want to use my Amazon Prime. This month, I just ordered my Oberon cover & skin. I am dying to get a BB bag, but will wait until next month. I have to buy a Norton Anti-virus this week, so this month's budget is shot. :'(
I broke down and finished ordering the series earlier tonight. I know I will read them.

Slightly OT, I managed to get a staph infection in my knee (diagnosed today) and promptly came to work and got a massive virus on my computer. Evidently SYmantic ins't all that great.

Well, that's what the company pays tech people for. :) And it was all better when I got back from my days off. Knee is is still icky and hurts.

This morning I was reading "Voyager" and I was getting to the part where Claire
is about to step through the stones,
I hear what I thought was gunfire. Then I saw the flash of an explosion through the window.

Of course, my journalist self had to investigate. A car had exploded and was burning in the parking lot. Wasn't mine or close to it thankfully. So, I grabbed my press badge and got to to snapping and asking.

Needless to say, between being keyed up over the book and the explosion, I haven't slept much today.

The investigators don't know exactly how it started. Turned out there were five locations with fires within an hour and less than a square mile.

But I got my first byline and photo credit in this newspaper. And it's all thanks to Jamie and Claire.

It is. It took me longer to finish it than it took me to breeze through the first two. I can't stop myself. I started "Drums of Autumn" two days ago.

Somebody stop me! I should be packing to move.

I'd pack the Kindle, but I'd still have the iPhone app.
