I'm a bit confused and getting conflicting information, so I'm putting it out to all of you experts.

Can you do a free giveaway and a Kindle Countdown within the same 90 day enrollment period?

For example, if I've already done a free giveaway, can I also do a Kindle Countdown or do I have to wait until my next 90 day enrollment period? I hope my question makes sense...

No, you have to pick one or the other. You can cancel the promotion before it runs if you change your mind but once it runs you cannot do the other until your next enrollment period.
