I have used up my 3 pen names @ Amazon Central. Their sites says to contact them if more than 3 names are required. I did that. They told me to create a new account which should give access to three more names. But it doesn't work.

Of course, I have emailed them and am awaiting a response, but I wondered if anyone here has managed to do it successfully, if so, and what you actually did.

I have 4 pen names on Author Central. One is on a separate account, which my husband created, then Amazon allowed me to "merge" the two when I emailed them. I still have to log on with a separate user name to the "other" account, but its books are in my dashboard and I collect royalties and control the titles, etc. Amazon was cool about it when I explained what I needed. Hope that helps!

Thank you - yes it does. The 2nd email I tried to use is linked to the same name as my 1st account; that must be the problem. :)

Yes, that's probably exactly it. I'd try again and see how it goes. :)
A guy from Amazon support called me. He did some configuration whilst we were talking and voila, my 2nd account is now setup and all ready for 3 more names. It took about 5 mins. I was amazed because I didn't think they did that, if you lived outside the US, but anyway, it's all sorted now. :)
