I ordered a case for my kobo Clara HD FedEx shows delivered.  Never received an item ready for pickup email. It was guaranteed to be picked up by now. I called Walmart and they are not willing to even try to check. Their response was if no email then it is not ready.  Even worse is It was sent at a store that is not local for me. I have to drive a bit to pick it up. I tried to cancel it before it was shipped so I can send it to a local store but was shipped anyway :mad:

No experience here. I know hotels and airlines are sometimes very responsive to problems when contacted on Twitter. Maybe that would work with Walmart?

I don't shop at Walmart.  FWIW, I used Target ship to store.  No problems.

Yes, but Target does not sell KOBO. Finally got the confirmation email and the lady at the store still tried to tell me there was no package although  I had the bar scan code on my phone as proof. I almost strangled the bitch bit I managed to get my KOBO Clara Cover
