Anyone know how to get NookPress support to respond?

I've had an ongoing issue with NookPress not publishing one of my books. I email them ([email protected]) and get the same canned response (we're looking into it), and when I explain what's going on, no one responds. Does anyone know of another way to get help from them other than the standard nookpress email? Chatting with a rep on nookpress.com/support hasn't worked, they just send an email to nookpress and then I get no help.

Sacrifice a goat.

Just kidding. I had an issue (several updates were not saving and one book in particular was unavailable for over two months). I emailed them and got the same canned response. Eventually they did fix the problem(s).

You might just have to wait it out.

Hmm ... earlier this week, I was unable to log into my account there due to some weird glitch. I got a response within a day when I wrote to them about it. Maybe use their web form instead of direct email?
