The raised effect might be a bevel or a similar graphic tweak. If you can find a tall, narrow sans serif font where the A has a low crossbar, you should be able to replicate the 3D look with Photoshop or Gimp.
My vote is for: Marianina Condensed FY Bold
The low crossbar is the giveaway.
You could use a Helvetica or a Univers and lower the crossbar.
But Marianina looks right.
But all those Impact-like fonts look about the same to me.
Of course it has a bevel/emboss added in Photoshop.
