Amazon says the K3 is 7.5" x 4.8" x 0.335" and Oberon say their K3 covers are 5.5 x 7.75 - though they don't mention the depth, I would still say yes, it will fit. I wouldn't plan on putting anything else in there with it though since it sounds very thin (only 1 and 3/4 inches and Kindle with cover will probably take up most of that).
