Forgive me if this one has been answered. I ran  search and came up with nothing specifically answering this question:

Amazon says KU has audiobooks available to borrow. How does that work? How does an author's audiobook get into KU? How does a borrow of an audiobook show up? What's the payout?

I have one book in Select, so its available on KU, and it has an associated audiobook from ACX that is in the Amazon exclusive/40% program. I haven't noticed anything called "borrows" on my ACX statements.
