Need more surgery on my hand, so another three months laid up. Not real happy with Word, will try Google Docs version. Leaning towards Dragon.
Pros? Cons? Your fav dictation software?

Hope your hand heals soon. My experience with Docs and other free stuff is it's so iffy. Dragon can be a little iffy itself but it's head and shoulders above Docs and probably all the other free stuff. If you get Dragon, here's a website where you can ask questions. (Choose the 2nd link: Naturally Speaking Speech Recognition.)

I use Dragon for work (not for writing, I prefer to type) and find it works great. I don't really have much to compare it to but it's pretty user-friendly, intuitive software; I've been training new hires lately and they all take to it pretty well.
