I've seen trailers on TV for a scary movie called Mama.  I don't know if that could be driving people to your book. Either way, congrats!  Hope it continues.

Lisa beat me to it. I was going to mention that the horror movie Mama (can't wait to see it; trailer looks very creepy) is coming out in January and people might be finding the book when searching for info about the movie.

Interesting. I posted a joke on Facebook saying the movie was based on my book, then said it wasn't true. I hope people don't buy the book and return it when they realize it's not related to the movie.
