Osnova publishes a number of bibles that have something they call 'direct verse jump'.  Basically they've developed a system of short hand for searching to get quickly to a specific verse.  As I recall it works pretty good, but I don't recall specifically what translations they've applied it to.  Probably only ones in the public domain.

I believe Osnovo just uses the free Biblical versions because he didn't want to make the investment into licenses to reproduce versions like NIV, NKJV, etc.

Well, I know there was at least one translation that I asked about and they said the copyright holders would allow them to do a verse jump version.
