Most people in exchanging blog posts do more than exchange blurbs and cover. I have done guest posts for other writers and had them do one for me in exchange, but I don't know how many people you'll find who only want to exchange blurbs.

Another idea is how about exchanging a #SampleSunday with somebody this weekend?

As in they post your sample, cover and blurb, tweet it, and you do theirs? Since I'm posting from my iPhone, I can't see your signature to see what genre you're in, but I would happily do that.
