Book just took off. What happened?
Okay, fellow writers and internet sleuths, my new book Influential Magic came out about ten or eleven days ago. It's done okay. A nice start, then tapered off to around ten sales a day on Amazon. It went up to around thirty when I ran my BookBub ad on Sunday for another book in another series. So the last three days it's been selling nicely.
But then this morning, I woke up to a ton of sales. It's over 150 already today. I can't figure out the reason (and I really want to know so I can duplicate it if at all possible). One of my friends said she got an email highlighting my other books (she already bought Influential Magic just after it launched). So is this Amazon's targeted emailing, or am I missing some high profile blogger somewhere? I Googled, but don't see anything to account for this action.

Maybe it got featured in Amazon's New releases for category or ''People who bought this also liked..'' for a huge selling book.
